Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Texas. No sales experience is required – we will train you. You will reach out to homeowners, explain the benefits and prices of our pest control services, and build lasting relationships with customers in your area.

You’ll drive a company vehicle with a gas card, enjoy comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) with matching, and paid time off. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities await.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Outside Sales Representative, you can expect to:
