Southern Industries Home Improvement is expanding with a new Tricities location and seeks driven, customer-focused sales professionals to launch this market. You will sell in-home, with pre-qualified appointments and company-provided leads, no cold calling.

Earn $95,000–$125,000+ with uncapped commissions; top performers $150k+. The role includes paid training, coaching, and benefits, with the support of a proven sales system and strong advertising investment.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or in-home sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
