Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers and event attendees, start friendly conversations, and capture leads at stores and outdoor events. This full-time role pays an hourly base plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with potential annual earnings of $45,000 to $55,000, top performers up to $60,000.

You will set appointments, hand off warm leads to the sales team, and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude with strong communication.
• Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available during listed hours and comfortable in busy retail/events.
