Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage shoppers and event attendees, initiating friendly conversations and capturing leads. The role focuses on building brand presence in retail and event settings while avoiding hard selling.

You will promote brand awareness, set appointments, and hand off warm leads to the sales team, representing the company professionally at stores and events. This full-time position offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude and strong communication.
• Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
