Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home sales from pre-qualified leads. This role offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings and a performance-driven environment, backed by training and tools to succeed.

Based in Kansas City, MO, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, presenting our generators, and closing proposals with customers. A reliable vehicle and valid insurance are required, with opportunities for significant income through

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Tri-State, building and maintaining customer relationships with tailored solutions.
• Capture and present product knowledge with compelling sales pitches to win business.
• Craft winning sales proposals and contracts to close deals.
• Close those deals and balance customer satisfaction with company success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Hit sales goals and strive to exceed records.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience (if you’ve rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
