Tri-State Water, Power & Air in Springfield, MO is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base with in-home solutions. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earnings, supported by pre-set leads, training, and sales tools.

You’ll build relationships, present product recommendations, craft proposals, and close deals while meeting aggressive sales goals. A reliable vehicle and a high school diploma are required to join our team.

Formación

• 2–3 years of in-home sales experience.
• Vehicle, driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of in-home sales experience (if you’ve rocked the sales world before, we want you!).
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (we need to get you from Point A to Point Sold!).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
