Hometown Plumbing, Electrical, & HVAC is expanding its Outside Sales team in the Johnson City area, seeking motivated reps to educate homeowners on standby power solutions. You’ll use provided leads and collaborate with installation teams to deliver end-to-end service.

We offer high earning potential, sales tools, robust training, and full benefits. A strong candidate has in-home sales experience, great communication, and reliable transportation, with a professional, customer‑focused approach.

Hometown Plumbing has been wonderful! Megan is always very responsive and helpful and Jimmy, Will, Tommy and the rest of the team have always gone above and beyond! They come right out, access the situation, give a quote, and then pretty quickly get to work. They are the most reasonably priced plumbers I've seen.
