Hometown Plumbing and Electrical, Inc. is seeking a Comfort Advisor in Johnson City, TN. You will meet with homeowners to assess plumbing and electrical needs and present customized solutions, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the repair, replacement, or upgrade process.

The role focuses on in-home consultations, upfront pricing, and building lasting relationships while meeting sales goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their plumbing and electrical needs and present customized solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor throughout the repair, replacement, or upgrade process - helping customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from start to finish.

The guys did an excellent job, and worked quite late on the second day, to get everything done. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would, without hesitation, recommend Hometown Plumbing for any and all plumbing issues a homeowner may have. Great job!!
