Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air in Madison, OH is seeking a full-time Residential Service Plumber. NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED—we train the right person. You’ll diagnose and fix plumbing issues, install and maintain systems, and deliver exceptional customer service in residential homes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential fixtures, faucets, water piping, and drain piping.
• Willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
• Customer-service oriented with experience interacting with people.
• Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services is a plus but not required.

• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour emergency services.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
