Integratedcooling is seeking a Laboratory Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by selling toxicology laboratory testing services to healthcare providers, clinics, pain management facilities, and other organizations. You will integrate technical knowledge with strong sales and relationship-building skills to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration is a plus but not required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in toxicology, pharmacology, or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in laboratory testing, toxicology, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential clients including physicians, hospitals, and clinics requiring toxicology testing services.
  • Promote and sell toxicology laboratory services such as drug screening, substance abuse panels, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct clients need assessments to provide tailored testing solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on toxicology testing methodologies, industry regulations, and emerging trends in substance abuse testing.
  • Educate clients on the importance of accurate and reliable toxicology testing for patient care and compliance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the laboratory’s toxicology testing capabilities.
  • Work with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting specific market segments.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the laboratory and generate new business leads.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare and laboratory industry regulations, including HIPAA and CLIA standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Summary

The Laboratory Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling toxicology laboratory testing services to healthcare providers, medical clinics, pain management facilities, addiction treatment centers, and other relevant organizations. This role combines technical knowledge of toxicology testing with strong sales and relationship-building skills to deliver customized solutions to clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics requiring toxicology testing services.
    • Promote and sell toxicology laboratory services such as drug screening, substance abuse panels, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in sales, preferably in laboratory testing, toxicology, or the healthcare sector.
    • Familiarity with toxicology testing processes, drug screening protocols, and laboratory operations.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
    • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex toxicology testing services.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking software.
Work Environment and Travel
  • Regular travel to client sites, networking events, and industry conferences is required.
