My Style Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to educate homeowners on roofing, siding, and gutter projects. The role is 80% field-based door-to-door sales with 20% office-generated leads, offering draws, commissions, and bonus opportunities in a 1099 structure.

The position is in-person with room for advancement and strong earning potential. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, own a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a goal-driven role.
• Must have a reliable vehicle with full insurance coverage.
• Self-sufficient; able to work independently.
• Smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Industry knowledge in Residential Roofing or Home Improvements preferred.
• Experience following a documented, proven sales system.
• Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities.
• Conduct exterior property inspections for wind and hail damage.
• Convert inspections into signed contracts with homeowners.
• Review scope of work and obtain homeowner signatures.
• Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
• Obtain referrals from customers and network with leads.
• Build trusting relationships with homeowners.
• Maintain communication with leadership, homeowners and office staff.
• Pursue personal career development by reaching set goals.

Outside Sales Representatives educate and inform homeowners, assisting them with roofing, siding and gutter projects for their most valued investment, their home!

We have the full support staff to facilitate every facet of the process, so you can focus on selling! 80% of this job is DOOR-2-DOOR sales, the other 20% is office generated leads!

Competitive Pay for Outside Sales Representatives:

Build up Draw advance (dependent on daily activities)

Commission on approved sales (paid on collected revenue)

$65,000 - $200,000 / year

Vehicle allowance provided for qualifying vehicles (used for advertising)

Additional $$ earned on bonuses in sales contests

1099 position

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives:

Be a “go getter” qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities

Convert inspection to claim filed

Review scope of work summaries and sign contract with homeowners

Must have a reliable working vehicle with full insurance coverage

Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures

Track record of accomplishment of achievement

Industry knowledge (Residential Roofing or Home Improvements) preferred

Experience following a documented, proven sales system

21 years of age or older preferred (for insurance purposes)

Must have a valid driver’s license (any state applicable)
