McClellands Contracting and Roofing, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Exterior Remodeling team. This in-person role offers training pay for a six-week onboarding period and a commission-based earnings model with uncapped potential.

You will meet homeowners, assess exterior needs, present solutions, and guide projects from inspection to contract. Strong work ethic, resilience, and reliable transportation are essential to success in this growth-focused position.

McClellands Contracting and Roofing, LLC is growing and seeking motivated, high-performing sales professionals to join our Exterior Sales Team. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and exterior repairs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, disciplined, and driven to earn at a high level. Previous construction sales experience is not required—we provide training and a proven sales system.
