Job Opportunity

We’re looking for a hungry, self-driven sales closer to join Dronezilla, a growing drone brand focused on premium services for high-demand industries.

Compensation

This role is initially commission-only, with no base salary in Phase 1.

Performance-Based Compensation Structure (Tiered):

1. Stage 1: Kickoff Phase
2. Client Milestone: 0–3 clients
3. Compensation:
   • 35% commission on the first month's payment per client
   • 10% monthly residual for 3 months
4. Stage 2: Proof Phase
5. Client Milestone: 4–6 clients
6. Same payout structure as Stage 1

Full-Time Transition

Client Milestone: 7 active clients (assuming 10 total company clients)

• $500 bonus for every new client closed beyond that

• Experienced in outside/B2B sales
