Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Huntersville, NC. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, schedule and attend in-person sales appointments, and conduct discovery meetings to understand client signage and visual communication needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering tailored sales presentations, developing proposals and quotes, and following up to close sales. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with local businesses, providing responsive customer service, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure projects are delivered as promised. The Outside Sales Representative will also track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and participate in local networking events or trade shows to expand the customer base.
