Garcia Roofing is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives in the Houston, TX area who are willing to travel regularly to Baton Rouge, LA for sales opportunities. This role offers a commission-only compensation plan with high earning potential—$100K+ while working just 25 to 30 weeks per year by selling 2 to 3 roofs per week.

For those looking for a salary plus commission structure, we also have full-time openings available for candidates willing to relocate to Baton Rouge or New Orleans, LA.

What You’ll Do

As a key part of our team, you'll bridge the gap between high-quality roofing projects and satisfied customers. Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Roof & Attic Assessments: Inspect roofs, climb ladders, and evaluate damage to provide accurate project recommendations.
  • Estimating & Sales: Measure and generate detailed estimates using our CRM, ensuring competitive pricing and clarity for homeowners.
  • Customer Engagement: Guide clients from consultation to project completion, making the process smooth and stress-free.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Work with hot leads provided by the company and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
  • Documentation & Communication: Keep detailed records and coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

We need goal-oriented, organized, and motivated professionals who:

  • Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (must be comfortable climbing roofs and using ladders safely).
  • Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to build strong customer relationships.
  • Are detail-oriented and tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Are customer-focused and proactive, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Are open to travel (willingness to travel regularly between Houston, TX, and Baton Rouge, LA).

  • Salary Plus Commission (Baton Rouge & New Orleans Relocation Option): Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed.
