Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role within the United States. You will sell digital marketing solutions— Websites, Search and Display Ads, Reviews, Social Ads, and SEO—to small businesses, prospecting in a designated territory and building lasting client relationships.

You’ll receive best-in-class training, a base salary with benefits, and uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. Expect on-target earnings in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partner-selling model.
• Present Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Prospect within a designated territory to set appointments via cold calling and needs assessments.
• Grow a book of business with small businesses, earning residual commissions through account management.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships across diverse industries, driving long-term client success.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$110,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $132,000-$152,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
