Job summary

Hibu is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO through a partnership selling model.

You will prospect in your designated territory, conduct needs assessments, deliver virtual and in‑person presentations, and build lasting client relationships while growing a personal book of business with strong commissions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Year 1 on‑target earnings $90,000–$109,000; Year 2 $104,000–$122,000.
• Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work).
