Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a hybrid work setting. You will manage a territory, present in-person and virtually, and build lasting client partnerships to grow your book of business.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a robust training program with nine weeks of field orientation, plus ongoing company-wide support.

• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews, Social Ads and SEO.
• Cold call business owners to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow a book of business with residual commissions through account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and build client relationships.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative:

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model


• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO


• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments


• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management


• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects


• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
