Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a designated territory. You will build relationships, present solutions, and close deals with a focus on growth and customer success.

In this hybrid role, you will combine home-office and field activity, earn on‑target commissions, and participate in ongoing training and incentives including a President’s Club program.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects and build lasting client relationships.

Year 1 on-target earnings

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$109,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses!
Year 2 on-target earnings between $104,000 - $122,000.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
