Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid work environment to sell digital marketing solutions to small businesses in your designated territory. You will combine a base salary with commissions and bonuses, with ongoing training and field support to help you succeed.

Year 1 on-target earnings range from $85,000 to $95,000, with potential to grow to $100,000–$115,000 in year two as you expand your book of business and build long-term client relationships.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory.
• Grow your own book of business with residual commissions for retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
