Job summary

Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid work environment. You will sell digital marketing solutions including Websites, SEO, and ads, while developing a book of business and earning uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

Year 1 on-target earnings are $85,000-$95,000 with growth toward $100,000-$115,000 in Year 2. The role includes comprehensive training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

• Present Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.

• Grow your own book of business with recurring commissions through solid account management.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations and build lasting client relationships.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
