You will earn up to 15% commission for any wholesale purchase order. Start earning direct commissions from consumer-leading brands like Vita Coco, Siete, Takis, Celcius, Smackin, Mike’s Hot Honey, Built Bars, Zyn, Country Archer, and many more.

On average, first-year reps earn $3-8K monthly in take-home pay with our 10-15% commission ranges plus monthly bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand our network of retail accounts and drive growth in existing accounts.
  • Secure new, strategic on and off-premise accounts to increase distribution of our partner products.
  • Manage relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume, monitor pricing, and ensure proper product merchandising in collaboration with merchant partners.
  • Conduct weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting, selling, and managing all field sales marketing materials.
  • Develop and improve account velocity through building displays, sampling, and educating retail employees.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends, providing strategic feedback to meet customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years relevant experience in field sales, convenience/grocery store sales, beverage sales, food, or nicotine sales industry.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages including but not limited to: Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Arabic, Spanish, etc.
  • Strong network of relationships with independent retail stores.
  • Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exceptional sales and marketing awareness, with strong selling and negotiation skills; a quick problem-solver.
