**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Outside Brand Representative to travel throughout the Southeast, promoting our premium hemp products to retail stores and distribution companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, demonstrating products, and driving sales team growth. This role requires extensive travel (60-80% of the time), including driving and occasional flying to various destinations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Travel throughout the Southeast, visiting multiple retail stores and shops daily to promote our products.

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.

- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related functions as needed.

- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior sales experience preferred, especially in outside sales or within the hemp, cannabis, or related industries.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a go-getter attitude.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

- Comfortable traveling extensively (60-80% of the time) via car and occasionally by air and staying in hotels.

- Must reside reasonably near Greenville, SC, with the ability to visit the office 1-2 times per week.

- Valid driver’s license, clean drivering record and reliable transportation required.

- Passion for hemp and cannabis products, with knowledge of the industry being a plus.
