Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our expanding sales team. This individual will be responsible for actively seeking out new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and driving sales growth within designated territories. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated go-getter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue.


About Us: We believe in supporting young families and traditional values by offering a dignified Public Relations Service to business owners in small towns (populations 3,000-30,000). We do this through recognizing local business leaders in two volume bound children's books and digital brand awareness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, turning leads into long-term customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

  • Proven track record in outside sales or business development, with a focus on hunting and acquiring new clients.

Requirements

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative:
