FHIA Remodeling, a Renuity company, is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to deliver in-home presentations and drive uncapped commissions. The role requires self-motivation, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.

• In-Home Sales or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Deliver interactive sales presentations to decision-makers at their homes.

About This Role

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on our products & services to decision-makers at their homes

Key Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented

• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments

• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license

• In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred

  • Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish- a plus!

• Ability to meet and exceed goals

• Work successfully without requiring close supervision

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position.
