Job summary

Renuity is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver interactive sales presentations and close deals with homeowners, including weekends. Earn an uncapped commission and join a high-performing culture with world-class training and perks.

This full-time W-2 role requires a personal vehicle and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, with nationwide home improvement services.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In-Home Sales or B2C Sales experience preferred.
• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish- a plus.
• Bilingual skills in French and Creole- a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Work successfully without requiring close supervision.
• This position requires a criminal background check
