Job summary

Renuity is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Orlando, FL to deliver interactive sales presentations to homeowners at their residences and negotiate contracts for bath, closet, kitchen, and exterior upgrades.

This full-time, W-2 role offers uncapped commissions ($150K–$200K+), a high-performance culture, world-class training, and travel perks; weekend/holiday availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver's license.
• In‑Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish- a plus!

About This Role

Key Qualifications

• Windows and Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC sales experience - a plus!

• Ability to meet and exceed goals


• Work successfully without requiring close supervision


• This position requires a criminal background check

This is a full‑time, W-2 outside sales representative position.
