Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence along the East Coastal Region (NC, VA, PA, DE). You will cultivate relationships with builders and contractors while promoting our exterior and interior doors, windows and millwork.

This role features commission-based pay with earning potential of $100K+ and robust support from an experienced internal team, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success in construction or building materials.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with ability to grow a territory independently.
• Familiarity with millwork, doors or windows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork.
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Southeast Coastal Region.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and service.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Southeast Coastal Region
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery
