Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim Corp. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the East Coastal Region, covering NC, VA, PA, and DE. You will build strong customer relationships and promote our doors, windows, and millwork portfolio.

Candidates should have a proven track record in outside sales within construction or building materials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a territory. Competitive commissions drive earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter capable of managing and growing a territory independently.
• Familiarity with millwork, doors, or windows is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote our full line of exterior/interior doors, windows, and millwork.
• Manage and grow sales within the Southeast Coastal Region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and great service.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Southeast Coastal Region
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials
