Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim, a trusted building materials company serving the Southeast since 1967, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence in the Southeast Coastal Region (SC, NC, VA).

In this role you will develop relationships with customers, promote our exterior/interior doors, windows, and millwork, and grow sales within the Central Florida territory, working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in construction or building materials.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage and grow a sales territory independently.
• Familiarity with millwork, doors or windows is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote the full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and millwork.
• Manage and grow sales within the Central Florida territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Central Florida territory
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on‑time delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in construction or building materials
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑starter with the ability to manage and grow a territory independently
• Familiarity with millwork, doors, or windows is a strong advantage
