Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim, a trusted wholesale distributor and manufacturer of exterior and interior doors, windows and millwork, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our East Coastal presence.

You will develop relationships with builders and contractors across the region (NC, VA, PA, DE), promote our full product line, and drive sales with a commission-based compensation plan offering $100K+ earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in construction or building materials.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage and grow a territory independently.
• Familiarity with millwork, doors, or windows is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork.
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Southeast Coastal Region.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.
