Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim Corp. is seeking a driven outside sales professional to grow our customer base in the Southeast Coastal Region.

You will promote our full line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork while building lasting relationships with builders and contractors. The role emphasizes self-management and the ability to expand territory with a commission-based compensation structure that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to builders/contractors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with ability to grow a territory.
• Familiarity with millwork/doors/windows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote our full product line of exterior and interior doors, windows, and custom millwork.
• Manage and grow sales within the assigned Southeast Coastal Region.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.

What You'll Do:
