Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking driven outside sales professionals to join our fast-growing team in Novi and the Greater Detroit Area. Meet homeowners at pre-set in-home appointments to design and sell premium bath solutions, delivering a five-star customer experience from introduction to installation.

No cold calling or door knocking; you will travel within a 100-mile radius, receive paid training, a monthly vehicle allowance, and W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable for results.

• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.
• Availability Monday through Saturday for appointments at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM.
• Ability to complete a minimum of 11 appointments per week.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners during scheduled, in-home appointments, build relationships, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget.
