BathWorks of Michigan is hiring for an energetic sales-focused team member in West Michigan. You will connect with homeowners interested in Jacuzzi bath remodels, follow up on leads, and guide customers through the next steps—scheduling consultations and moving the sales process forward.

The role rewards performance with uncapped bonus potential and typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000 annually. Enjoy a strong team, coaching, and advancement opportunities in a locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Availability for one of two consistent schedules: Mon–Fri 11:30am–8:00pm or Sun–Thu 10:00am–6:30pm.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
• Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process.
• Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
• Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments.
• Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Availability for one of the following consistent schedules:

  • Monday - Friday - 11:30am-8:00pm

• Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required.
