Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside sales, construction, roofing, or home services is preferred.

Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Eugene, OR. This position is responsible for meeting with prospective and existing customers at their properties, assessing roofing and exterior needs, and presenting tailored solutions and estimates. Day-to-day tasks include meeting company provided leads, generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and building strong relationships through regular communication and site visits. The role involves collaborating with operations and installation teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs, as well as maintaining detailed records of opportunities and sales activities. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to meet sales goals, represent the company professionally in the field, and support Bonn Roof Care’s reputation for dependable, high-quality service.
