Job summary

Bonn Roof Care of Eugene is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Eugene, OR team. This full-time, hybrid role meets with customers at their properties, assesses roofing and exterior needs, and presents tailored solutions and estimates.

You will generate leads, follow up inquiries, conduct sales presentations, and build strong relationships with customers. You will work with operations and installation teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct effective Sales Presentations and clearly explain roofing and exterior service options.
• Strong Relationship Building and New Business Development skills to grow and maintain a stable customer base.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Prior experience in outside sales, construction, roofing, or home services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing customers at their properties, assessing roofing and exterior needs.
• Present tailored solutions and estimates for roofing and exterior projects.
