Job summary

Culligan 10NM in Dewey-Humboldt is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to provide tailored water quality solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze customers’ needs and build long-term relationships, ensuring satisfaction while promoting the company’s recognized water treatment products.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Previous sales experience is a plus, along with a valid driver's license. Culligan offers a performance-based commission structure and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience preferred, with a minimum of three years.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Water treatment experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Analyze customers’ current water quality and offer solutions to address and improve specific needs

Build solid, long-term relationships with customers

Communicate consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments

Regularly seek out and generate additional business opportunities to support your dealership

Report sales activities/updates on a daily and weekly basis

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred

Water treatment experience preferred, but not required

Valid driver’s license

Three years of sales experience is preferred, but not required

Consistently present a polished, professional appearance

Pro-grade customer service skills and best practices will be considered

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
