Job summary

Hose & Rubber Supply, a regional hose and fittings specialist, seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Commerce City, CO, to grow hydraulic and industrial hose sales. You will visit customers on-site, assess needs, and help maintain inventory and service levels to meet margin targets.

The role offers a base salary with commissions and quarterly incentives, a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, and benefits including PTO and health, dental, and vision coverage.

Job description

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers' needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge, large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory, and hydraulic CNC tube bender.We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers, whether in the oilfield, construction, medical, manufacturing, military, or government.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you would be responsible for developing business in hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings and accessories for our store in Commerce City, CO. You would understand current customers' needs by consistent on-site visits, ensure customers are satisfied with the service and inventory provided by Hose & Rubber Supply, and reach new customers while making sure to meet gross margin targets and to meet or exceed monthly and yearly gross margin goals.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

The OutsideSales Representative duties include, but are not limited to:

• Establish relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Establish and execute a plan ensuring a minimum average of 11 visits per day.
• Provide market intelligence to Hose & Rubber Supply.
• Generate profitable gross margin in your territory.

Level of Education and Work Experience Preferred:

• Knowledgeable concerning the hose industry and products
• Compensation:$60,000 to $110,000+ per year (base salary of $60,000 to $78,000 + monthly commission program + quarterly EO Incentive program)
• Schedule:Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
