Job summary

HydroHelp911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair is seeking an Outside Sales Representative focused on concrete lifting, crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair. You will inspect homes, educate homeowners on causes, and recommend long-term solutions as part of a consultative sales approach.

The role offers company-provided leads, a company vehicle, paid training, and uncapped earning potential with clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets and CRM software.
• Able to navigate crawl spaces and inspect residential properties.
• Available to work Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 7–12 scheduled in-home appointments weekly.
• Perform detailed inspections of sunken concrete, foundation, waterproofing and structural concerns.
• Diagnose root causes and recommend repair solutions.
• Present proposals, financing options, and project recommendations.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first appointment through project completion.
• Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.

About the Position

As a Design Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners to inspect concrete settlement, structural and waterproofing concerns, educate customers on the cause of their problem, and recommend the best long-term solution.

This is a consultative sales role where trust, professionalism, and customer education are the keys to success.
