Requirements

• Comfortable driving through assigned sales territories daily

• Comfortable entering basements, crawl spaces, utility rooms, and unfinished areas as part of the appointment
• Physically able to walk stairs, inspect lower-level areas of homes, and stand/walk during appointments
• Able to be held accountable to weekly and monthly sales goals
• Willing to ask homeowners direct questions about budget, urgency, decision-making, and timeline
• Willing to ask for the sale during the appointment
• Willing to follow a structured sales process
• Reliable when working independently most of the day without a manager physically present
