Job summary

Snelling Recruiting and Executive Search is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for transformer sales. The role is remote with nationwide coverage and base pay of $100,000 plus benefits and uncapped commission (OTE $150,000-$200,000+). Location is Carlsbad, NM with remote work allowed and direct hire employment.

You will sell a new transformer line to U.S. customers, targeting data centers, co-ops, and heavy industrial accounts, while building relationships with oil & gas and industrial

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling transformers.
• Ability to manage large, complex deals from $30K to $1M+.
• Willingness to complete background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sell a new line of transformers to customers across the U.S.
• Target data centers, co-ops, and other heavy industrial accounts.
• Build relationships with oil & gas and industrial decision makers.
• Manage a 3-6 month sales cycle from lead to close.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and close business.
• Connect with the team in-office roughly once every two months.
