Job summary

Luminous Electric is seeking a Generator Sales Specialist to drive new business in a 100% commission structure. You will run qualified company-provided leads, self-generate opportunities, and close premium standby generator systems.

Territory covers the Gulf Coast: Tampa, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee and Sarasota. This role rewards high performers with uncapped earnings and a scalable book of business in a field-based, autonomous environment.

• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and follow-up process.
• Partner with operations to ensure clean installs and strong customer experience.

What You’ll Own
