We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:

Position: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative for a leading architectural design and building products firm serving commercial and residential markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and contractors.
• Coordinate orders with internal teams and contractors.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and manage territory growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Experience selling architectural glass or metal products.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Territory & Travel:

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA, or surrounding areas.
• Field-based role with travel approximately 4–5 days per week.
• Opportunity to develop business, particularly along Florida's west coast.
• $85,000–$95,000 starting base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate.
• Commission of 1.75%–2.5%, based on sales performance.
