Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers across a defined territory. You will provide solution-based sales support, deliver product presentations and identify new business opportunities.

The role offers a competitive salary of $50,000–$70,000 per year plus bonus, plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, PTO and sick leave, and a 401(k) plan, providing the opportunity

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of pipes, valves, fittings (PVF) and related industrial products.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities
