Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales representative in Erie, PA to drive B2B sales of work apparel services and branding solutions. You will prospect, close, and grow business within your local territory, contributing to weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.

Role includes car-related benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement within a Fortune 500 company. This is a full-time, in-person field-based role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Travel locally and meet prospective customers in the field.
• Work from Cintas office on Mon/Wed 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Fri 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads in the local territory.
• Meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Utilize CRM to identify, close, and manage new business.
• Provide laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding solutions to customers.
