Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Growing team in York, PA. You will prospect and close new business, manage accounts, and deliver work apparel solutions to customers with the support of our training program and CRM.

This role offers base pay plus commission, a monthly car allowance, and ongoing certification with extensive career advancement opportunities in a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CMS or CRM.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in B2B roles.
• Prior B2B sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Build relationships with customers and drive solutions for work apparel needs.
• Meet or exceed weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas.
