Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Lancaster area. You will drive solutions for customers’ work apparel needs, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, and branding services, while building a strong pipeline and meeting quarterly targets.

You will receive training through our Sales Training Program, leverage CRM tools to select opportunities, and enjoy a competitive base plus uncapped commission, plus an extensive car

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and hit weekly quotas.
• Engage in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations and negotiations.
