Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Philadelphia is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to grow the customer base by selling work apparel solutions, laundry services, and branding programs. You will prospect, demo, and close new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory.
• Work from the assigned Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in addition to field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Represent Cintas in the field and build lasting customer relationships.
