Olshan Foundation Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will work on pre-set appointments, learn foundation repair strategies, and build relationships with homeowners.

This role offers uncapped commissions with earnings around $150,000+ per year, paid training, a company car and fuel for qualified drivers, and growth opportunities from within.

Qualifications

• One call close experience.
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to succeed.
• Must pass a pre-employment Drug test, have a valid driver's license and favorable driving record and background.

Responsibilities

• We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
• After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
• You will be paid bi-weekly and have the opportunity to earn $150,000+ per year with uncapped commission!
