Aruza Pest Control is looking for energetic Outside Sales Professionals to drive growth in residential markets. You will identify pest-related concerns, propose tailored treatment plans, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications listed: HS diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is ideal but not required.
• 2–4 years’ pest control sales experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
